A description of the show:

For many, 2011 has been a year of great change. This change has occurred on a societal level, such as the many economic and political changes seen worldwide. This change has also taken place on the individual level, with many having faced changes in relationships, careers, and finances. As this year draws to a close and we get ready to welcome 2012, we may reflect upon how we can move forward in a positive way. Please join Christine Upchurch as she and Sabrina Fritts discuss the importance of letting go of the old in order to welcome the new, what it means to truly let go, and how to go about it in a way that allows us to feel supported and balanced.

Lilou Mace, put out a request to share your message with Humanity last week. This immediately spoke to my heart and I was guided to create a video.

It’s been an interesting process. After filming from my mountaintop, with a breathtaking view, and needing to scrap it due to windy conditions. Finding alignment to an indoor video shoot and given how much I love to talk, it was way too long to upload on YouTube. Editing way down, now I finally have a final product.

So, as I get ready to share this with the world, I feel insecure and recognize that a lot of my old programming is coming up ~ Will people like me? Will they think I’m a freak? Am I boring? Do I have anything to share that will really make a difference?

Isn’t life interesting? Strong guidance to move ahead and then fear of being rejected. How many other people aren’t sharing who they are with the World because of fear? Well, I am willing to step through it and hopefully lead the way for anyone else ready to move beyond their fear and authentically share ourselves with the World ♥
